These terms apply to this website and to services Nu-Art Software provides. A written engagement, order, or statement of work controls the work we do for you.

The site

This site is informational. It is not a proposal, quote, or contract. Use of the site is at your own risk. We may change or withdraw pages at any time.

Services

We design and build software under a written scope for each engagement. That scope sets fees, deliverables, timeline, and acceptance. Work starts when both sides agree in writing.

Your responsibilities

You provide access, decisions, and materials we need to do the work. You keep the accounts, data, and environments you control. You are responsible for how you use what we deliver.

Intellectual property

Unless a written agreement says otherwise, you own the work we deliver for you once invoices for that work are paid. We keep our methods, tools, libraries, and prior materials, and may reuse them.

Liability

The site is provided as-is, without warranties we can lawfully exclude. For paid work, our liability is limited to the fees you paid for the engagement that gave rise to the claim, except where the law does not allow that limit.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top is the current version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
